Dr. Martyn Key

Martyn was previously radiation protection advisor at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Marie Curie fellow at the National Centre of Microelectronics (Barcelona, Spain).

He has a doctorate in Radiation Physics from the University of Surrey (UK) where he conducted research in gas microstructure radiation detector fabrication, cosmic ray muon tomography, and coherent X-ray scatter tecniques for material identification.

Martyn also holds a Master's Degree in Radiation and Environmental Protection (University of Surrey) and an Honour's Degree in Physics with Astrophysics (University of London).

He is certified by the Spanish Nuclear Security Council (CSN) as a Supervisor of Radiation Facilities, a member of the Spanish Radiation Protection Association (SEPR), the Institute of Physics, and the Marie Curie Fellowship Association.
