Products purchased from Radiansa Consulting S.L. may be returned and refunded, provided that you notify Radiansa of your intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date of delivery and that the other conditions set out in this section are met. Radiansa will only accept returns that meet the following requirements: 1. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Therefore, the products must be returned new, unused, complete, and in their original packaging. 2. Shipment must be made using the same packaging in which we sent it to you, or failing that, in similar packaging that guarantees return in perfect condition. 3. A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, with the returned products marked and the reason for the return indicated. 4. The following items may only be returned if their seal and packaging are intact (have not been opened): meters, bed canopies, paint, sheets. 5. Size exchange: if, instead of receiving a refund, you prefer to receive the same item again in a different size, you can request a size change. Only size changes of exactly the same item number are accepted. More than one size change per item cannot be requested. 6. No exchanges and/or returns will be accepted for garments that are damaged or used or those that have not been returned in their original packaging, except in the case of defects or flaws in them. 7. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for underwear such as shorts, boxers, and leggings. 8. The exchange or return of garments purchased may be carried out in our RADIANSA store or by postal shipment to the following address: Radiansa Consulting S.L. C/ Salt, 19 (Edificio Lagresa) 17005 - Girona Once we have received your return, we will check whether the returned item or items are in good condition; if the return requirements are met, we will refund the amount of said item(s). The shipping cost will not be refunded. The cost of returns is assumed as follows: * If you make a return because the item you received does not satisfy you, the costs linked to the return will be borne by you, including fees charged by the payment method. * In the case of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed, the return costs will be borne by Radiansa Consulting S.L. In these cases, we will arrange for a courier to collect the return so that you do not have to pay shipping costs. If the returned items are not in good condition, the customer assumes responsibility for their loss of value. For this reason, we recommend that you do not use items you intend to return; exchanges or returns of underwear will not be accepted. In the case of cancellation of an order that has already been paid, the amount of the goods and the shipping costs will be refunded, minus the fees charged by the payment method.
The invoice issued at the time of purchase, which is delivered with the product, guarantees the quality of the product under the legally established terms for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by Radiansa Consulting S.L. or its authorised agents, or materials subject to wear due to normal use are not included. If the defect appears within the first six months, it is presumed that it already existed at the time of sale, and if it appears later, we must demonstrate that it is not due to misuse. The problem must be reported to Radiansa Consulting S.L. before two months have passed since the defect was detected.
To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the invoice issued at the time of purchase.
In those incidents that justify the use of the warranty, it will be decided to repair, replace the item, reduce the price, or refund the amount, under the legally established terms. The warranty will be void if:
In the case of IT products, the warranty will not cover the removal of viruses, restoration of programs for this reason, or reinstallation of the disk caused by its erasure.
